This is a great chilli sauce that’s tangy and spicy but not too hot, so can be served with all kinds of kebabs and grills (or even in your bacon sandwich!). The sweet, smoky flavour of the Aleppo and Urfa chilli flakes really infuses well and gives a great depth of flavour to this simple condiment.
