Our culinary adventures took us to The Middle East this Friday with a stunning Khoressht with Dried Fruit, Grilled Cabbage with Garlic Biber Butter and Lafra. This was Billy's favourite legend to date. So fruity and sweet with different dimensions of flavour running through.
......and now a close up of our sumptuous persian taste bonanza
Everything looks divine, happy spicing!
