  • 50g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 1 lemon
  • 200ml full fat coconut milk
  • 20g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 300g basmati or standard long grain rice (not easy cook)
  • Large lidded pan
