Goda Masala: coriander, cumin, white poppy, fennel, black pepper, cloves, star anise, green cardamon, cassia, fenugreek, chilli, Kashmiri chilli, yellow MUSTARD
Sesame Seeds: white SESAME
Whole Chillies: Kashmiri chilli

  • 500g diced chicken (thighs are best) or 1 small cauliflower for a veg version
  • 1 medium red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger
  • 50g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 1 lemon
  • 200ml full fat coconut milk
  • 20g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 300g basmati or standard long grain rice (not easy cook)
