Shopping List
  • 500g pork belly or shoulder - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 250g liver (any type) - cut into bite-size pieces or you can use extra diced pork if you prefer
  • 300g shallots or 2 medium red onions - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (rice, white wine or cider vinegar is best) 
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (any type)
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tsp sugar

Super easy delicious tasting recipe. Personally I would slightly reduce the Mirchi Blend and cook another hour.

This one certainly has some heat great depth of flavour we used all pork shoulder and the meat was so tender another great recipe from The Spicery.

Looks like a lovely rich and tangy meal, happy spicing!

A very much favorite of how to use pork mince. Definitely not last time. Served together with roasted potatoes and a sort of roasted coleslaw with ginger.
