- 1 cauliflower
- 3 large carrots
- 1 onion
- 250g ready-cooked beetroot (not in vinegar)
- 100g bunch of parsley
- 25g bunch of coriander
- 3 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 30g butter
- 400g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- 30g runny honey
- 50g tahini or use nut butter (with no added salt or sugar)
- 1 tsp dried yeast (½ a standard-size sachet)
- 315g plain flour (plus extra for rolling)
- 60g bulgur wheat
- 150ml good quality olive oil (plus extra for brushing)
