OMG! We will never have our normal chilli ever again. We cooked this for 2.5 hours with normal supermarket diced beef + smoked bacon and it was so tender. We used a can of mixed beans as I can't eat kidney beans and it worked a treat. We are already planning on cooking this for our parents next week. Cant wait. Thanks Spicery Team :)

Perfect balance of smokiness and heat. We added roasted red peppers and fresh coriander to the dish while simmering and garnished with sliced avocado, hot chilli, grated cheese, coriander and sour cream.

Hats off to the chef- looks like a picture perfect chilli to us!

Lovely spices, worked well with Quorn mince. Added some dark chocolate for extra depth of flavour. The Elote was very tasty, used cheddar and Parmesan. Using the Taco spices for a Mexican style raita made a good change of texture to the meal. Will definitely cook this again!

This looks like a fabulous meal, Susan - vibrant, varied and full of veggie goodness!
