Goes great with: Fries sprinkled with a pinch of MIRCHI BLEND and coleslaw or salad
These legendary lamburgers make a fantastic change to a standard beef burger. The spiced mince patties pair fantastically with the mint raita mayo, any excess of which makes a perfect dip for fries!

Delicious lamb burgers & the mint raita went perfectly!!
Absolutely Delicious - we love them and make them regularly.
Glad you enjoyed them, happy spicing!
Another Super tasty and very successful recipe. Made with beef rather than lamb. The burgers didn’t dry out at all. Served in brioche buns with Riata, chilli salt fruit and carrot Sambal, the latter 2 taken from the curry legend world curries book.
The perfect feast for a weekend in lockdown! We're so happy to hear how much you enjoyed this dish, and great work adding a couple of World Curries dishes on the side as well!
