  • ½ lemon - juice and zest
  • 25g peanuts (roasted and salted are fine) - roughly chopped

Good enough to eat entirely on its own. BUT we didn't have to as the Spicery had given us other things to try. Loved the tangy lemon with the salty dry roasted nuts. Wonderful. Diet next week - OR the week after!!!!

Another great alternative option to standard rice! Unsalted jumbo peanuts worked great, crushed up for the extra crunchy texture. The refreshing lemon really complimented a spicy curry!

We have to agree - this delicious rice is simply the zest! Beautiful yellow plate too!
