Shopping List
  • 500g diced chicken (chicken breast is best)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Fresh ginger 
  • 1 medium cauliflower 
  • 75g natural yogurt (low fat is best)
  • 30g raisins or sultanas
  • 30g ground almonds

  • Food processor or grater

Korma with cauliflower pilau, aloo pakora and onion pakora with a coriander chutney, tomato uttapams with mint chutney. Washed down with Demeter Edition Whitby gin, Merchant's Heart hibiscus tonic and a slice of lemon.

Yum - this all looks delicious, Rebecca (and that gin sounds amazing too!)
