The best birthday present ever! A subscription to 'World Kitchen Explorer'. We've been honing our kitchen skills during lockdown, and this was so much fun to make... and even more incredible to eat! Trinidad wasn't ever on our radar for recipes, but it definitely will after this: fragrant, sweet, sour, moreish and utterly delicious. You have to try it.

Wow we're getting hungry just looking at this picture- everything looks so flavoursome and incredible! P.S. we're loving the turquoise salt and pepper shakers!!

As advertised...it goes with anything! I've interested by Caribbean food so thought I'd give this a try. Brilliant lime/chilli combo, perfect for spreading on an Egg Paratha. Even had enough left over for dipping my Sunday Dinner in!

Wow! This looks absolutely sub-lime - we'll have to try this ourselves!
