This month we’ve got a real comfort food - spicy cheese on toast coloured and flavoured with our Curry Legend blends. The vinegar blend allows the spices to infuse before being mixed with the cheese, and the slight tang this gives is very much like adding a spicy, curried version of Worcester sauce!

Lovely on a Winter's day!
There was only Polish Chese in the Fridge and that doesn't melt so well but the result was still amazing. Had some Apple Chutney and slices of tomato to raise my game. This was brunch for one. No Chai but a mug of good old Yorkshire Tea. Lovely wife is in Paris so missed out.
Yum - what an absolutely perfect brunch! The addition of tomato and apple chutney is a great one, and you can't go wrong with a good old cup of tea on the side!
