- 300g mixed veg (eg potatoes, cauliflower, peas, sweetcorn etc (fresh or frozen)) - peeled if necessary and cut into bite-size pieces
- 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Very tasty, but a little too sweet for us, try a bit less coconut? Paired with Tamatar Ka Kut, as suggested, and worked really well. Couldn't be easier, thank you.
