We made this one for the whole family and it went down a treat! Should really start taking pictures it was highly tasty!
I wanted a lamb dish and had previously enjoyed the rose petal chicken so bought the spice kit for Moghul Rose Petal Lamb with red onion Raiita but added in the cucumber and pomegranate salad from original chicken recipe. It took a bit of prep but well worth the effort Second night home after a plumbing disaster and a week of microwave dinners!
Looks like a magnificent Mogul rose petal lamb - we hope it made up for the week of microwave dinners!
