  • Harissa Spices: paprika, chilli, caraway, coriander, cumin, garlic, mint, rose, salt

  • 8 lamb chops (about 700g total weight)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 20g parsley, mint or coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • 50g pomegranate seeds
  • 200g couscous
  • 50g dried fruit (eg raisins, dates, apricots etc)
  • 30g nuts (eg almonds, pistachios, walnuts, hazelnuts etc)
  • 105ml extra virgin olive oil
