One Pot Korma: coriander, cumin, turmeric, green cardamon, Kashmiri chilli, black pepper, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, mace, black cardamon, cloves, bay, chilli

- 500g diced chicken (thighs are best) or use 1 medium cauliflower broken into large florets for a veg version
- 1 onion
- 20g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ lemon
- 20g butter
- 75g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- Rice or naans to serve
- Blender
