Can I amend my order?
If your order has not been dispatched then you can get in touch with your order number (found on your confirmation email) so we can make changes to it! Remember to be quick though, we send most orders out on the same day!
Where can I view my order history?
If you set up an account when placing your order, you will then be able to login and view all your orders as well as their shipping status
Where is my order?
If your order has been dispatched and still not arrived within the allotted time, please get in touch with your order number (found on your confirmation email) and we can send out a replacement for you. Please make sure you check that the delivery details are correct on your confirmation email before we resend!
I’m missing an item in my order!
If your order is incomplete then please let us know your order number and item name so we can get the missing items to you. Large orders can arrive in multiple boxes so don’t be alarmed if everything doesn’t arrive in one box!
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is yet to be dispatched (we will email you when it’s shipped!), then please get in touch and we can cancel your order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been sent then we will need you to return the order by writing ‘return to sender’ on the box, circling the return address on the address label and popping it into a post box so we receive it back here at Spicery HQ. Once we have your returned order, we will issue you with a full refund.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
Not a problem! The majority of our orders are sent as Royal Mail Large Letters to give them the best chance of fitting through your letterbox at home. If your letterbox is smaller than 25cm wide (standard size) then please leave a note for your postman to leave the box in a safe place or provide an alternative address. Even if you order multiple items, we will stil dispatch them individually so they should be delivered without you being home! However, if you select the Next Day Delivery option at the checkout, a signature will be required upon delivery.
Where in the world do you deliver?
We send hundreds of orders all over the world every month but unfortunately NOT TO AUSTRALIA due to their strict customs regulations. Extra fees (from external courier services/duty) can be incurred on large orders that are sent overseas so watch out for this!
When will my order arrive?
We dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (orders placed on Friday will be sent the following Monday) unless you request a particular delivery date! We send all UK orders First Class so should reach you 1 to 2 days after they have been dispatched.
Orders are sent overseas using standard Airmail and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World.
If you’re not happy with your order (or want to return it for any other reason!) we will happily offer an exchange or full refund.
To return any unused items, draw a circle around the return address (The Spicery, 77-79 Feeder Road, Bristol, BS2 0TQ) found on the address label and write ‘return to sender’ clearly across the box. If you then pop it in a post box it will find it’s way back to us here! Upon receiving this, we will issue an exchange or refund, whichever you require!
If you wish to exchange your item then we would ask you to return the original (see Returns Policy) and upon receiving this back, we will send out the preferred item. We can only exchange products of the same value!
Whenever you checkout on our site all of your card details are encrypted and stored safely with our payment provider, Braintree.
