spread for four; the main dish plus tasty sides and condiments!

Information about your subscription
The first box is sent in a brightly coloured box with a voucher card inside. You (or the recipient) activate the voucher to receive the remaining boxes at the address of your choice.
Meals serve 4 hungry people.
The recipes are easy to follow and have a full shopping list for the other ingredients (chicken, veg etc), which can all be found at a normal supermarket.
*Limited edition! The voucher must be redeemed by 26th of July to receive the remaining two Food Truck boxes. After this, you’ll be able to select a different subscription option instead.*
Your First Box!
L.A. Style Korean Tacos
The mix of sweet, sticky Asian flavours livened up with Mexican chillies, lime
and fresh coriander is incredibly delicious. Here we have a version that
features a tortilla stuffed with beef strips known as bulgogi and kimchi fried rice.
Alongside there’s more kimchi, lime pickled onions, sour cream, coriander
and a little extra kick from Sriracha flavoured with smoky chipotle chilli.

Goan Pulled Pork
Here, USA meets India – the pork is slow cooked in the Goan style with vinegar and toasted spices, along with a delicious kick from lots of whole and ground chillies. The mac and cheese is flavoured with a Makhani spice blend then topped with a mix of seeds including cumin, mustard and nigella to add a nutty texture.
On the side, instead of the usual coleslaw we have a crunchy carrot
and cabbage kosambari salad along with tangy pickled cucumbers.
Malaysian Fried Chicken
We’ve given the Spicery treatment to a classic from deep south U.S.A! The chicken
is coated in flour seasoned with Malaysian flavours including kaffir lime, turmeric
, lemongrass and galangal and perched on top of an American style pancake
containing creamed corn and sesame seeds - drizzle this with as much chilli sauce
and sweet honey soy (in place of maple syrup) as you like.
