Information about your subscription
The first box is sent in a brightly coloured box with a voucher card inside. You (or the recipient) activate the voucher to receive the remaining boxes at the address of your choice.
Meals serve 6 hungry people.
The recipes are easy to follow and have a full shopping list for the other ingredients (chicken, veg etc), which can all be found at a normal supermarket.
*Limited edition! The voucher must be redeemed by 26th of March to receive the remaining two Sunday Roast boxes. After this, you’ll be able to select a different subscription option instead.*

Sri Lankan Roast Beef
Roast beef and all the trimmings - Sri Lankan style...
Our first autumnal roast takes us to Sri Lanka for some delicious spice-crusted beef and all the usual sides with a Spicery twist on the flavours. Warming cinnamon and mustard seeds are two spices that are key to the cooking of Sri Lanka and both feature here in the beef’s spice crust and the curried squash gravy. For those that love a dollop of hot horseradish on their beef we’ve got a traditional chilli sauce known as lunu miris or for something a bit milder a cooling coconut sambol. Finally, the obligatory Yorkshire pudding is turned bright gold with the addition of turmeric and flavoured with more mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Jerk Roast Chicken
Flavours of the Caribbean on your Sunday lunch table...
Jerk chicken is an all-time classic dish that’s perfect for livening up a Sunday lunch with friends and family. Here we’ve coated the chicken in a delicious and fragrant blend including the classic jerk flavours of allspice, thyme, and nutmeg along with a touch of heat from cayenne and habanero chillies. On the side we’ve got sweet potato roasties, silky slow cooked greens, hot pepper sauce (for the adults!), dumplings known as festivals and a sweet, fragrant gravy based on Jamaica’s famous brown stew chicken.
A festive feast with a Spicery twist...
Christmas is all about tradition, right? But sometimes tradition can get a little bit dull so here at The Spicery we’ve very carefully put together a much more exciting seasonal menu, containing all the usual elements of the traditional Christmas lunch but with a bit of a Indian overhaul. And if you can’t quite give up tradition on the big day it’s perfect for a pre-Christmas get together or even a New Year’s supper. Alongside the stunning centrepiece of tandoori turkey we’ve got crispy garam masala potatoes, spiced cauliflower cheese, balti gravy, carrot pickle and fruit chutney.
