Liven up your potato salad with this fragrant blend - a delicious mix of dried mint, dill, parsley, chives, mustard powder and black pepper. Delicious served at a BBQ or a summer lunch!
POTATO SALAD BLEND (1 portion = 2 tbsp): chervil, dill leaf, mint, parsley, chives, black pepper, garlic, onion, yellow MUSTARD

Potato Salad Recipe:
You Need:
75g natural yogurt (full fat is best) or use an additional 75g mayonnaise
75g mayonnaise
2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
Method:
Boil the potatoes in 1l water with 1 tsp salt for 15 minutes or until cooked through, then drain and leave to cool
Mix yogurt with the mayonnaise, vinegar, POTATO SALAD BLEND and ¼ tsp salt to a smoothish sauce
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces (peeling them first if you prefer), then mix the potatoes into the sauce to fully coat
