Take your potato salad in a new direction with this month's free sample blend - a fragrant, crunchy mix of dried mint, coriander leaf, mustard powder, pepper flakes and toasted sesame and poppy seeds for texture and a lovely nutty flavour. Delicious served at a BBQ or a summer lunch!
POTATO SALAD SEASONING (1 portion = 1 ½ tbsp): brown MUSTARD, black SESAME, white SESAME, blue poppy, red bell pepper, coriander leaf, parsley, mint, onion, garlic

Potato Salad Recipe:
PREP: 5 mins
COOK: 25 mins
SERVES: 4 as a side dish
1kg new potatoes
2 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
1 portion of POTATO SALAD SEASONING (1 portion = 1 ½ tbsp)
Boil the potatoes in 1 litre of water seasoned with 1 tsp salt for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Drain and leave to cool
Mix the mayonnaise with the POTATO SALAD SEASONING, vinegar and ¼ tsp salt to a smoothish mix
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces (peel them first if you prefer!), then mix the potatoes in the mayonnaise mixture until fully coated
