- 200g radishes - quartered
- ½ cucumber - cut into bite-size pieces
- 100g watercress, rocket or baby spinach
- 20g bunch of fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil, coriander or mint) - left whole
- ½ pomegranate - seeds only (or 100g ready-prepared seeds)
- 50g whole walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or pistachios
