  • 150g tomatillos - outer husk discarded, then rinsed and roughly chopped (or use drained, tinned tomatillos)
  • ½ medium onion - cut into wedges
  • 2 green chillies - left whole, stalks removed
  • 2 cloves of garlic - left whole in their skins
  • ½ lime
