Shopping List
  • A mixture of seasonal veg (300g green veg OR 500g root veg) - peeled (if necessary) and cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 medium onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 10g bunch of coriander (optional) - finely chopped

First tea from our new curry legend book .. seasonal veg subji made of leftover veg, chapatis and mint raita! Really delicious, looking forward to trying more!
