Seekh Kebab-in-the-hole
As the name suggests, here we've got a traditional winter warmer with an Indian twist! In place of the usual sausages we've got seekh kebabs encased in a turmeric hued yorkshire pudding and a speedy gravy mildly flavoured with METHI BLEND to complete the meal.

Quite a long cooking time so I wound up with the meat in the fridge for 2 days till I got a window to cook. It was worth the wait, the Yorkshire pudding rose nicely, the gravy worked well and all that was needed was some accompanying vegetables – tenderstem broccoli worked for me. I expect to make this again as a lighter meal around Christmas.
Was a bit worried how this was going to turn out as the batter was super runny, but it was fab! Batter puffed up lovely and it all tasted great, with just enough spice to make it nice.
Wow, hats off to the chef! The turmeric hued batter looks perfectly crispy- yum!
We are glad we tried this recipe, individually everything had good flavours. However my eyes saw toad-in-the-hole but my pallette said something different. For us it didn't work as a meal.
Glad you liked the flavours but we're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy this meal so much, we'll pass your feedback on to the recipe development team!

Awesome! Great twist on a classic dish!
This looks amazing, Iain - the perfect dish for the autumn months as it gets chillier! We're really glad you loved the Curry Legend twist!
