I made Seekh Kebabs, with Kachumber, Cucumber Raita and Mint Raita from the Curry Legend Cookbook for our first bbq of the summer. Everyone enjoyed them, will definitely be making them again :-)

Sounds incredible! Hope you had a fantastic BBQ in the sun!

The Turkey mince needed to be used and was therefore probably not at its best. The result was that the Kebabs were fragile. The Raita was a mix of Cucumber, Onion, Tomato & Mint. The red chilies were for show. None left for the next day so it must be good.

Yummy, we love the pop of colour from the chillies- the Raita looks so creamy and refreshing, perfect with the heat of the Mirchi!

BBQ with a twist. Full plate was Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Chicken Thighs, Bombay Potatoes, Lemon Rice and naan. I cooked the meat on the BBQ and we enjoyed the food out in the garden on a lovely sunny day during lockdown. The book was a present and by far the best thing I have in the kitchen x
