- 500g diced lamb or chicken
- 750g new potatoes
- 2 peppers (any colour)
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ cucumber
- 25g bunch of coriander
- 1 lemon
- 130ml milk (any type)
- 300g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- 25g butter at room temperature
- 300g plain flour or bread flour (plus extra for rolling)
- 35g sugar
- 2 tsp dried yeast (a standard-size sachet)
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- Rice to serve
