  • ½ squash or ¼ pumpkin (about 500g prepared weight)
  • 1 onion
  • 100g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 30g butter
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1 tbsp flour (any type)

Such an easy dish to make and super tasty! It can be vegan or veggie. The Shepard's Salad and Herb Pilaf was the recommended accompaniment to the Sinkonta and they were equally as delicious!
