Used half beef and half parsnip and the fabulous Spicery Free sample Blend. The slow cooker did the rest and we ended up with a treat for us and more in the freezer. Thanks again for sending such great ideas.

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed this month's free sample, Christopher - slow and steady wins the taste!
