Chai is enjoyed all around India (and all through the day!), and consists of strong black tea brewed with an assortment of fragrant spices like ginger, cardamon, cinnamon and black pepper, rich creamy milk and plenty of sugar. It makes a delicious drink to serve after a curry, or you can make an individual mug any time!
