  • 800g sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 10g bunch of coriander (optional)
  • 30g butter or dairy-free alternative
  • 150g sour cream or dairy-free alternative to serve (optional)
  • 400g tin of black beans
  • 40g pumpkin, sunflower or sesame seeds

Amazing depth of flavour from the soup. Paprika seeds were amazing, will be making those to have as a snack! Loved it.

This was so nice and I made cornbread from a previous monthly kit recipe to go with it, it was amazing!!

Yum - an absolutely perfect meal for a crisp autumn day! Great idea to pair it with the cornbread, too!
