Tandoori chicken and plain naans cooked in our pizza oven were fabulous! The chicken stayed moist and was great with the tomato pachadi.

Looks like a delicious meal, we wish we could try some of those homemade naans!

This is a great recipe. The Kulcha bread is really easy to make and the dhal is really tasty as is the star of the show the Chicken. Served with riata and tomato, cucumber onion salad.

Yum - what a vibrant, varied plate of food! It looks like you did a fantastic job with all of this, and we're so glad to hear how much you enjoyed it!

16/2/22 - Did Tandoori chicken and chips. Had too much marinade after serving chicken so reduced down to curry sauce to put on the side

Yum - this looks amazing! A real treat! And a great idea to make a curry sauce for the side with your excess marinade.

We were so eager to tuck in to our Sunday Legend that I forgot to take a piccy. Luckily I cooked extra chicken so I could have some for tomorrow's lunch box.

We don't blame you for tucking in before getting a picture - that tandoori chicken looks perfectly charred and delicious! We're pleased to hear you had leftovers to enjoy the next day!
