This has been a great recipe to develop my bread-making skills. Made with half white and half wholewheat flour. Not quite sure it had risen properly (due to my skills, not the recipe!) but still tasted great. Delicious focaccia-style texture, made a lovely accompaniment to our evening meal. And it got a thumbs up from the children! One of my new favourite recipes
