- 500g lamb or beef mince
- 4 large baking potatoes (preferably at least 300g each)
- ½ white or red cabbage
- 2 red onions
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 25g bunch of parsley
- 1 lemon
- 60g butter
- 150g cheddar cheese
- 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
- 30g breadcrumbs
- 2 x 400g tins of cannellini beans
- 400g tin of tomatoes
- 50ml vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
- 40g sugar

A fantastic mix of flavours and textures. A very messy, tasty dinner, made me want to head off to Istanbul
