Sooooooo authentic. I loved these kebabs in London but they don't seem to be available now I have moved to the north West of England. So I was excited to see the spice mix recipe. It is easy and tasty, just as I remember them. Only thing is I add more pitta to soak those juices. Brilliant job, thank you.
Served with plain rice.
