A truly legendary set! Since I started using these I now produce the best curries in town. The versatility of the blends allows a wide range of different curries, side dishes, chutneys etc to be made and they are all superb.

I received a meal kit from my daughter maybe 19-15 years ago and have not used any other curry spices since. It does what it says on the tin. Every recipe turns out as it looks in the book and a lot cheaper, keep up the brilliant product

Arrived in good time for my Birthday Sunday Lunch for 14, Buffet Style, celebrating my first Pension Payment. Butter Chicken, Mangalore Fish Curry, Tarka Dhal, Kachumber salad, Pilau Rice (added ONE only of my home grown chillis, whoever got that, WOW, were desperate for the Raita. All went down so well.
Sounds like a Legendary meal and a spectacular Sunday lunch - especially with the homegrown chilli!

Thanks to the complete set of Curry Legend Blends and Legend recipe books, I was able to throw a Curry Night for a bunch of mates. We all enjoyed Onion Bhajis, Chana Masala and Chicken Korma from "How to be a Curry Legend" book. From the "Curry Legend Chef's Special" book there was Gobi Musallam and South Indian Coconut Rice. We had a great night, the biggest hits were Lamb Dopiaza and my vegetarian friend went wild for the Rajma Dhal. A few of those presents are already Curry Legends, I suspect a few more will be soon.
WOW! This looks like a spectacular Curry Legend feast - the Gobi Musallam looks stunning in the centre of the table!
I have only made a Balti and Tarka Dahl so far but I have been very impressed. The dahl was surprisingly authentic and tasted just like you would be served in a restaurant. The recipes were easy to follow and I’m looking forward to trying some more from the Curry Legends book. If like me, you are just starting your journey into Indian cookery, I would highly recommend this product!

I love when an order of a complete set of Curry Legend Blend Refills arrives through the letterbox. The excitement starts as you top up your blend tins. The fabulous smell of the spices start your imagination racing, "Which curry shall I make next?" This time it was Ceylon Chicken from Curry Legend Chef's Specials. It is a brilliant recipe and one of my favourites.
It's great to see you're really enjoying the blends, we can't wait to see what you make with the next turquoise delivery to land through the letterbox!

The curry legend book and spices has made me a curry legend
Ive been a chef for over 50'years and fully understand seasonings. When I started as a chef my first introduction to curry was an ornate tin of madras curry powder. One of my maxims is a recipe is a guide to create and such is the exceelent freshly blends that allows mix and match, one recipe ive developed from the blends is a curry and magic paste which is excellent when making coronation chicken and a dish called chicken Derbyshire poached chicken is covered in a rich bechamel with this blend piped on top. There are so many options to the uses of the blends but use sparingly as the are far more fragment that other blends. Bon appetit.
My go to weeknight meal fix, so easy to adapt to whatever is in the fridge. I don't know what I would do without them!
