  • 300g new potatoes
  • 25g bunch of coriander
  • 1 green chilli (optional)
  • ½ lemon
  • A pinch of sugar
  • 100g plain flour
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)

Made these as one of the starters for the regular doorstop delivery Spicery meals I do for my local family. They help us keep together during lockdown. Aloo Pakora was a great success even my 5 year old grandaughter thought they were great! Thanks for the recipe.
