  • 400g firm-fleshed fish fillets - cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ lime
  • 175g plain flour plus extra for coating the fish
  • 50g cornflour
  • 250ml lager, beer, carbonated water or just use cold tap water
  • Oil for frying (sunflower or vegetable oil is best)

WOW! A flavour explosion! Smokey chipotle mayo crema with sweet and sharp picked red cabbage and crispy battered fish... This might be my new favourite recipe.

We're loving the contrast of that vibrant red cabbage with the coriander - an explosion of flavours and colours! We're so happy to hear that you've found a new favourite from the Taco Legend book!
