Added a few mushrooms to the potatoes for extra texture and it worked. The yogurt at the end was inspired. Spicery Tomato Chutney worked too. A dish good enough for my wife's coming home dinner tomorrow . Thank you for the recipe.

Great idea to add some mushrooms to this dish, we're really happy to hear how much you enjoyed it!

A simple yet tasty meal. I had plenty left over for the next day as well. I cut down the Mirchi to half as I always find that the heat can be overpowering. It's worth shoving in other ingredients such as cauliflower and carrot, the spices are strong enough not to be overwhelmed by them. I found that this meal goes well with the Pea and mint raita (part of the Tandoori paneer kebab recipe).

We're so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed this curry, Mark - packing it with extra veg is always a good shout! The addition of pea and mint raita is a great idea too.

Amazing curry cook off on our 36th wedding anniversary. Singapore Noodles, Thai muslin Biryani and bengali egg curry. Also made keema and peshwari naans with tomato thoke and date chutney. Unforgettable meal, thank you for your little book and 4 tins of pure yummyness

Wow - what a feast to celebrate your anniversary! Congratulations, and great job with these recipes, it all looks delicious! We're so pleased to hear how much you're loving the Curry Legend kit.
