Also works a treat with: Green beans in place of the okra

Goes great with: Any lamb or beef curries
Bhindi are also known as okra or ladies fingers due to their elongated shape.
They’re delicious cooked in this spicy tomato sauce and adding lemon juice at the end gets rid of the characteristic slimy texture

Chicken Madras 4/5. Really nice curry which I toned down for a lesser heat audience. Personally add that extra spoon of Mirch blend to hit the spot ! Bhindi Masala 5/5. Loved it, subtle but delicious. Bombay Potatoes 5/5 Excellent recipe. A the risk of being 'stuck off' (Lol) my Tarka Dhal is a tried and tested recipe from elsewhere. Nans 4/5 Dough seems a bit wet and challenging. Still, taste good if a bit doughy in the end.

Great work, Matt, sounds like a fantastic spread - hopefully you'll be able to try the Madras again with that extra spoon of Mirchi to get it just how you like it! And maybe next time you can give our Tarka Dhal recipe a go, to see how it compares ;)
