Biber Blend Refill
Biber is the Turkish word for pepper or chilli, and our Biber Blend combines the chilli flakes produced in Turkey and the north of Syria (the best in the Middle East!) - Aleppo and Urfa - with rich smoked paprika and a pinch of sweet Spanish paprika to round out all the flavours.
INGREDIENTS: Aleppo Chilli, Urfa Chilli, Sweet Paprika, Sweet Smoked Paprika, Hot Smoked Paprika, Oil, Salt

Working our way through our new Mezze Legend kit. For us it was Beef Stifado and Greek Salad and for Bonnie is was Beef Stifado and animal pasta. Loved how fragrant the sauce was! Really took me back to holidays in Greece!
