Great dish, served with Goan Brinjal and Cauliflower (& Mushroom) Caldine.
You had me at "spicy rice"! This wonderfully flavoursome dish made a delicious lunch. Fantastic use of lentils and veg so not only does it taste great it feels super good for me too
