All about managing your subscription!

Now that you've redeemed your voucher and created an account with us, here's all the information you need to know in order to make the most of your subscription at The Spicery!

Managing your subscription

Did you know that you can log in to your account to see what you're due to receive each month, swap recipes and more? Here's how...

- To swap your box: (note, you can make changes up until 23.59 on the 14th of every month)

 - To delay your monthly delivery (you can undo this action this anytime before the 15th!)

Boxes Away!

Your spicebox will be sent from our warehouse on the 27th of every month. They fit through all standard sized letterboxes, so you don't have to be at home to collect it!
We'll send you an email once your box has been shipped, together with a handy shopping list of ingredients needed to prepare your meal - please me mindful when buying perishables as it may take a few days for your box to emerge from the postal system!

Post to the Wall Of Fame

After you've made your incredible Spicery feast, why not post a photo of it to our Wall of Fame? You'll then be entered into our monthly draw to win a 3 month subscription, and you could also be featured in our monthly Spice News or on our outer-box packaging!

What happens when my subscription ends?

We'll let you know when your subscription has come to an end - if you wish to renew, just follow these simple steps:

After renewing, you'll be able to manage your subscription in your account and we'll send your next box on the 27th as usual.
