Pink Lemonade

As you’re out enjoying a summer hopefully as sweltering as last year, it’s important to stay hydrated, so this month we’ve got a delicious PINK LEMONADE BLEND to make this easy for you! The blend contains an array of aromatics including rose petals and lavender, tangy hibiscus and rose hips, coriander for a hint of citrus and fennel for a touch of anise. It’s certain to be the most refreshing drink you’ll have all summer!

  • 2 lemons - zested and halved for juicing
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 1 litre cold fizzy water
  • Ice cubes and extra lemon to serve (optional)


PINK LEMONADE BLEND: Rose petals, rose hips, hibiscus, lavender, coriander, fennel


  1. Boil 200ml water with the sugar, lemon zest and the PINK LEMONADE BLEND for 5 minutes or until the liquid has reduced by ½ and you have a thick syrup
  2. Stir the lemon juice into the syrup then strain this mixture into a large jug (discarding the spices and lemon zest)
  3. Top the strained syrup with the fizzy water
  4. Serve in glasses over ice and lemon slices
