  • 500g beef mince
  • 2 red chillies
  • 150g sour cream
  • 100g cheddar cheese or mozarella
  • 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine or cider vinegar is best)
  • 200g tortilla chips

This is an absolute cracker, tasted as good as it looks.....

And it looks VERY good! That bubbly, melted cheese is just perfect... we're so glad to hear how much you loved it!

This was my first try of the Mexican book I was brought for my birthday. It was lovely. The nachos were more than enough for two for tea and was far quicker to make than I expected
