Shopping List
  • 250g diced chicken (thighs are best)
  • 150g chorizo - cut into bite-size pieces
  • 150g mixed seafood (optional)
  • 1 large onion - thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes - roughly chopped
  • 2 peppers (any colour) - thinly sliced
  • 150g peas (fresh or frozen) or green beans - cut into 2cm lengths
  • 4 cloves of garlic - finely chopped
  • 10g bunch of coriander - finely chopped
  • 1 lemon
  • 150g natural yogurt (full fat is best)
  • 250g paella rice

Of the many, many Spicery recipes I’ve cooked over the past few years, this is my absolute favourite....it was love at first taste! It’s super easy to cook and is packed full of flavour and colour. It’s the perfect dish to share with friends and always goes down a storm.
