Here we’ve got a favourite holiday dish all the way from Spain, paella… but we’ve of course given it a Curry Legend twist! In place of traditional saffron and paprika we’re using our legendary blends and instead of serving it with aioli we’ve got a punchy garlic raita. Perfect one pot food for summertime eating!

Of the many, many Spicery recipes I’ve cooked over the past few years, this is my absolute favourite....it was love at first taste! It’s super easy to cook and is packed full of flavour and colour. It’s the perfect dish to share with friends and always goes down a storm.

This looks delicious Helen! Thank you for sharing- it's a favourite here at Spicery HQ too!
