Date Night in Kampot
Kampot is a sleepy Cambodian city situated on the southern coast of the country. Seafood is an integral part of the cuisine of the region so to start we’ve got prawn fritters known as num pa kon chien served with a sweet chilli sauce and a cabbage salad (called nyorm). The main is Saraman curry - rich and dark with complex aromatic spices - served here with a fantastic Kampot pepper sauce to add extra zing and heat. Finally there’s an indulgent mango coconut sticky rice topped with black sesame seeds - the perfect end to an exotic date night!
