Properly delicious and worth the effort!

This looks amazing, Lauren - we are so pleased to hear how much you enjoyed it!

Despite taking a long time this recipe was surprisingly simple to follow, and we made so much that it was perfect for leftovers as well. The crunch of the oniony top layer went perfectly with the fluffy rice, and it was a nice treat to find the eggs and potatoes as we dug in.

Yum - looks delicious, Charlotte! It's great to hear that the long cook time was worth the wait, and that you enjoyed digging through the rice for the egg and potato treasure (with leftovers to spare)!

Amazing recipe. This dish tastes totally luxurious. Baking in milk in the oven changes everything. I will certainly be making more biryani creations now that I know the secret. Thanks again guys

It's great to hear you enjoyed this brilliant Biryani, happy spicing!
