- 2 medium onions - thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic - finely chopped
- Fresh ginger - finely chopped to make 1 tbsp
- 1-2 green chillies - thinly sliced (seeds removed if you prefer less heat)
- 1 banana - thinly sliced
- 1 lime
- 80g peanuts (roasted and salted are fine)
- 200ml full fat coconut milk
