I love my curry legend book but it's all savoury dishes (I think) so when I found this recipe I was excited! The drink turned out to be a mix between sweet and savoury - it is quite unusual but in a good way!
Yum! Kids loved it, sweet fruity drink to go with a lovely weekend Curry. As close as we can get to genuine Lassi! Loved how simple it was to whack in a blender and then it's good to go.
