If your order is yet to be dispatched (we will email you when it’s shipped!), then please get in touch and we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been sent then we will need you to return the order by writing ‘return to sender’ on the box, circling the return address on the address label and popping it into a post box so we receive it back here at Spicery HQ.

Once we have your returned order, we will issue you with a full refund.
